8 kinds
of work

From brakes to a full Jasper engine or transmission. Diagnosis runs on Mitchell 1 and Identifix. Not sure which one you need? Use the guide on the home page.

General repair

Car and truck care and general services, foreign and domestic. If you're not sure what's wrong, this is where it starts: describe it on the phone and bring it in.

Brakes

Brake repair and service on cars and trucks. Ask when you call whether the job qualifies for the NAPA AutoCare warranty.

A/C and heating

A/C repair and heating and cooling service.

From the shop's tips: weaker cooling, hissing, oily residue, foggy windows or odd smells can mean an A/C leak. Low refrigerant can damage the compressor.

Engines and transmissions

Transmission repair and engine work. When a replacement engine or transmission is the answer, the shop uses Jasper units.

From the shop's tips: an overheating engine usually comes down to low coolant or a leak, the thermostat, the radiator, the water pump or the cooling fan. Never open the radiator cap while the engine is hot.

Electrical and diagnosis

Electrical repair and warning-light diagnosis. The shop diagnoses with Mitchell 1 and Identifix, the repair-information systems it lists on its own site.

4x4 service

4x4 service for trucks and four-wheel-drive vehicles.

Tires

New tires and tire service.

From the shop's tips: rotate your tires “approximately every 5,000 to 7,500 miles” to even out wear.

Maintenance

General maintenance to keep a car or truck running, foreign and domestic.

From the shop's tips: “Most cars need an oil change every 3,000 to 5,000 miles.”
